About Hygge
Our Location
Hygge Massage Studio is located just north of downtown Corvallis, in the historic Bosworth House. Built in 1922, the Bosworth House is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. In the spring, magnolia and rhododendron blossoms welcome clients to a convenient parking area adjoining the main entrance. To accommodate those with allergies or sensitivities, this building is fragrance-free, as well as smoke-free and pet-free. Please note that the Bosworth House is not ADA accessible, and Hygge Massage Studio is located on the second floor and requires the ability to ascend a flight of stairs.

Our Mission and Values
At Hygge Massage Studio, we strongly believe in compassion, for oneself and others, respect and inclusivity. We welcome clients of every color, creed, orientation, gender identity, and body type. We specialize in nurturing a positive body image and encourage you to incorporate regular massage into your self-care routine. We proudly work with referrals from mental health professionals to use massage therapy to augment treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. We also treat acute injuries and clients experiencing chronic pain, and refer to other professionals for the best integrative healthcare experience.
Our Therapists
Emma Martin, LMT, NCTMB
Emma attended the Sedona School of Massage in Arizona. Her practice incorporates techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Structural Integration. Emma is a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Oregon (#24047) and nationally certified (NCTMB), and is a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), with whom she holds professional liability insurance.
Emma's passion for the transformative power of massage therapy, combined with dedication to compassionate holistic healthcare, is the foundation of Hygge Massage Studio. Her clients expect physically specific and personally restorative bodywork, and Emma delivers a tailored massage experience for every individualized treatment.
